As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will utilize various tools to navigate, research, and provide solutions, effectively communicating with customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting customers, drivers, shippers, and Delivery Service Partners to ensure successful deliveries.
  • Handling technical issues related to the company's website, membership services, and digital devices (such as smart speakers and e-readers).
  • Gathering information to prevent potential issues that could impact customer experience and delivery performance.

Job Expectations

Competitive Pay: Starting at £12.50 per hour.
Learning and Growth: On-the-job learning and growth opportunities.
Work Schedule: Variable shifts over a 40-hour week from Monday to Sunday, within the hours of 7am to 9pm.
Training: Free training to equip you with problem-solving skills for customer support.
Equipment Provided: Desktop computer, headset, mouse, keyboard, and LAN cable. You will need a dedicated office space with a desk, chair, and reliable broadband connection.
