As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will utilize various tools to navigate, research, and provide solutions, effectively communicating with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting customers, drivers, shippers, and Delivery Service Partners to ensure successful deliveries.
- Handling technical issues related to the company's website, membership services, and digital devices (such as smart speakers and e-readers).
- Gathering information to prevent potential issues that could impact customer experience and delivery performance.
Job Expectations
Competitive Pay: Starting at £12.50 per hour.

Work Schedule: Variable shifts over a 40-hour week from Monday to Sunday, within the hours of 7am to 9pm.
